What Usaquén is like
Usaquén was a separate town before Bogotá grew around it. The old center around the main square and church still has low colonial buildings, restaurants and cafés.
On Sundays the streets fill up with the flea market and craft stalls. Weekday evenings are calm.
Prices are in the middle of the areas we cover. It is a long way from La Candelaria, so plan museum days with a taxi or app ride.
Who it suits
Couples, families and repeat visitors who want calm streets, restaurants around a small square and easy access to the north of the city.
